Return policy

Conditions for Returns

  • We accept returns of garments within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact.

  • Returns of items on sale are not accepted, unless they have manufacturing defects.

Return Procedure

  • Send an email to alamedastreetwear@gmail.com indicating the reason for the return, the order number and attaching a photograph of the product.

  • Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with shipping the product.

  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.

Refund or Exchange Options

You can choose:

  • A refund of the value of the product (not including original shipping costs).

  • A store credit for future purchases.

  • An exchange for another available product.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once the returned product has been received and verified.

Defective Products or Order Errors

At Alameda, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at alamedastreetwear@gmail.com to resolve the issue. In these cases, shipping costs will be borne by us.
